Objective High Voltage testing is performed to qualify the 13A & 45A switch to operate safely during rated electrical conditions, a way to check the effectiveness of its insulation. The high voltage testing will determine the type and amount of voltage applied and the acceptable current flow.
Milli-volt drop test is performed in order to determine the voltage drops within the current path of switch mechanism.
Insulation Resistance test is to measure the total resistance of a 13A & 45A Switch insulation by applying a voltage of 500 V DC for low voltage systems.
Continuity test is performed by measuring the resistance between the line and neutal terminals of the 13A & 45A switch.
LED indication test is performed by applying 250V AC across line and neutral terminals of 13A & 45A switch.

Objective Flexion and Pull Out test bench is specially designed and developed for observing damage and accidental loosening of conductors (Flexion test) on device terminals. The Pull out test set up is having High accuracy push pull type load cell is been used to measure the peak load at which the terminal fails to hold the conductor. Both Flexion and Pull out tests can be carried in sequence as per standard in single test bench.

Objective Thermal calibration is carried out by adjusting the calibration screw of MCCB as per requirements. MCCB is subjected to trip, this trip time depends on Rating of MCCB. In this process current is passed which is equal to approximately 2.55 times the rated value of MCCB.
